1st Baptism!

Bro. P's baptism was great.  There was a lot of frantic last minute details that had to be sorted out with us being able to get a ride out to the Logan branch, get clothes, make sure the member doing the baptism was there, making sure the font was filled, that we could baptize him in a way that wouldn’t be bad for his back, etc.  But in the end it all worked out.  After the ordinance he was crying as well as his wife.  It honestly felt like we did nothing to help him get baptized, but rather was an answer to years of his wife's prayers.

We're having problems with bedbugs.  It’s a pretty common problem in the mission during the summer and we're fighting it as best as we can.  The problem is a lot of the people we work with don’t really mind that much so some homes we go into are invested and we carry them out.  We've steamed the entire apartment, cut up our box springs, removed the nests that we could find, sprayed repellent/killer, and we think they may still be alive.  Oh well, could be worse.

Elder Moore is a great companion.  He has tons of energy and is always making jokes and just in a stress-free, happy attitude.  He's a little more laid back than Elder Samuel was, but not in a bad way.  Really not much else to say.
